"I believe in kindness. Also in mischief. Also in singing, especially when singing is not necessarily prescribed."
- Mary Oliver
With over fifteen years experience in the arts and several years in creative youth education, I resonate strongly with artists, yet honor the resilience of all seeking to cultivate a life full of passion and security.
Eclecticism has always been part of my life’s mission. I curiously humble myself to every person’s self-interpretation and range of experience, including but beyond the apparent demographics of age, gender, ethnicity, socio-economics, orientation, ability, beliefs or health.
I am also an immigrant and a child of immigrants, and appreciate the exceptional effort essential to manifesting that shift and finding a sense of internal and external safety.
Mind-body awareness and play have helped me heal and grow through decades of exploring movement, sound, yoga and meditation. I have been inspired to give back through gaining certifications in Hatha yoga and mindfulness facilitation.
